Are guests not staying at the hotel welcome in the restaurant? 

Yes! We are very happy to welcome external guests to our restaurant, delicatessen, coffeeshop and aperitivo bar. 

Is parking available? 

Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests, including those attending private events or external restaurant guests

Yes, from autumn 2026 Palazzo Tiglio  offers electric charging points on our parking  

Are children allowed at Palazzo Tiglio? 

Yes, children are welcome to stay at Palazzo Tiglio. There is the possibility of adding a cot or children's bed to your room. A specially designed children’s menu is available in the restaurant for those aged 12 and under.

While there is no formal dress code, guests are encouraged to dress smart-casual when visiting the restaurant. Many guests choose to dress for special occasions, in keeping with the elegant atmosphere.

What is your cancellation policy? 

For hotel bookings, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid charges. For the restaurant, we require 24 hours’ notice. Policies may vary depending on your specific reservation.

Is there disabled access to the hotel or restaurant? 

The restaurant is accessible via the ground floor terrace. 
However, there are no accessible bedrooms at Palazzo Tiglio, as all rooms are located on the first or second floor and the palazzo does not have a lift.

What are the check-in and check-out times? 

Check-in time 15.30 to 19.00, Check-out time 8.00 to 12.00 noon. Arrivals and departures on different times need to be arranged in advance.

Are dogs or pets allowed? 

We are happy to accept dogs and pets at Palazzo Tiglio. Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a pet. A pet-in-room fee of 20€ will be applied per night.

Does the restaurant offer a set menu or à la carte? 

Our restaurant offers both a set tasting menu as well as à la carte dining options. For our hotel guests the "Residence menu" with simler dishes is also available. 

Can you host weddings or wedding receptions? 

Yes, we offer bespoke wedding services, including exclusive use of the palazzo and a dedicated events team to help make your day perfect. We can host dinners for up to 32 guests and accommodate 16-24 guests in double rooms.
