Executive chef Mattia Parlanti heads the kitchen while in the dining room you will be welcomed by head waiter and sommelier Danilo Salvi 

Enjoy a refined and elegant take on the best produce from Tuscany. Our menu is seasonal and takes inspiration from both the sea and the land, combined with an extensive and researched wine list.

Our restaurant features two elegant art filled dining rooms inside, and a large, comfortable terrace with stunning sunset views over the valley. The restaurant is not just perfect for an elegant family dinner or romantic evening but also ideal for you private or corporate event. We can seat up to 26 guests at a long communal table.

"Cooking for me is taste, precision, complex simplicity and of course family. Because without one of these elements there cannot be genuine cuisine.

 

My desire to cook, to enjoy eating, was born as a child, thanks to my family. Early in the morning for breakfast they made me soft-boiled eggs, tomato soup, fried bread with eggs, in short, not your normal fare. 

 

My father was the first to show me how the world of cooking worked, he always took me with him to various events and weddings. When I reached adolescence, I started my studies at the Montecatini hotelier school, which then allowed me to start my career in catering.

 

In my kitchen I now like to bring back these feelings and these memories of union and family.I am an ambitious, creative, attentive to details and therefore a quite paranoid guy, I want everything to be analysed in every aspect.

 

I like to express a "new tradition” in my dishes, to bring the dishes of the past back to the table, but with cutting-edge techniques and with the right combinations."
